Alternately, just be a Harlem flapper, gangster, swing dancer or star — in Harlem the possibilities are endless!
Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes in three categories, most original, most faithful and most beautiful !
Springtime awards for 20 years of outstanding preservation projects will be announced !
